Coding & Development: Assist in developing web applications and features using RoR/.NET/Java/NodeJS.
Learning & Research: Deep dive into the RoR/.NET/Java/NodeJS ecosystem, including Gems, testing frameworks (RSpec), and security best practices.
System Integration: Learn how to design and integrate RESTful APIs and handle third-party services.
Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and PMs to understand requirements and technical designs.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Academic/Professional Background:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Open to all levels: From final-year students (Intern)
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (or strong experience in another language like Python/Java/C++/etc and a willingness to switch to RoR).
Knowledge of Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Understand how Relational Databases work.
Basic usage of Git for version control.
English Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work in an 100% English-speaking environment.
Mindset:
Strong logical thinking and mathematical mindset.
