Software Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Coding & Development: Assist in developing web applications and features using RoR/.NET/Java/NodeJS.

• Learning & Research: Deep dive into the RoR/.NET/Java/NodeJS ecosystem, including Gems, testing frameworks (RSpec), and security best practices.

• System Integration: Learn how to design and integrate RESTful APIs and handle third-party services.

• Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and PMs to understand requirements and technical designs.

Requirements

Academic/Professional Background:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

• Open to all levels: From final-year students (Intern) 

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (or strong experience in another language like Python/Java/C++/etc and a willingness to switch to RoR).

• Knowledge of Web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Understand how Relational Databases work.

• Basic usage of Git for version control.

English Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work in an 100% English-speaking environment.

Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead generation activities: research, identify, and approach potential clients/partners

• Assist in account management: maintain relationships with existing clients and support communication

• Conduct market research & analysis on IT/AI trends, competitors, and potenatil opportunities

• Support Sales Operations: prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and internal documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Delivery, Marketing) to support business initiatives

• Maintain and update CRM systems, track leads and sales pipelines

Requirements

• Good English/Japanese/Korean/Chinese communication skills 

• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

• Strong work ethic, discipline, and ownership mindset

• Interest in IT/AI domain; basic knowledge is a plus

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
